Excellent example of an increasingly rare model.Only 2 owners and genuine 64k miles.

1971 (October) Lotus Seven Series 4 in yellow. Had new chassis in 1990 and has been well looked after. Its tax exempt, and MOTd to January 2009.
The car was completely rebuilt when the chassis was replaced and the dynamo was replaced with an alternator. The single carb was replaced with twin 40s.
Its a crossflow which has been lightened and balanced and completely overhauled during the rebuild. The gearbox was also rebuilt at the same time. I have a half tonneau, full tonneau and two hoods, and all the pram fittings for the hood, which are currently not fitted to the car. I have owned the car for the last 18 years and will be very sorry to see it go, but I no longer have the time or inclination to use it and you can see from the MOTs that it has been averaging less than 500 miles a year recently.I would like it to go to a good home where it will be appreciated as a true classic car, one of the last of the original Lotus 7s.
