1979 Porsche Turbo
Porsche introduced the Porsche 911 Turbo in 1974. It was immediately distinguished by the wide rear arches and large rear spoiler. The early pre 1978 car featured a 3.0 Litre turbo engine with no intercooler and produced 256BHP, from 1978 Porsche increased the engines capacity to 3.3 Litres and with the addition of an intercooler gave the Turbo 40BHP extra. So good was this engine set up it continued until the end of this model and was also used in the early 964 models with only very small modifications.
We offer this car with only one private collector owner from new having covered only 13,300 miles from new. Originally a US supplied LHD car ordered in a "match to sample" colour, factory options are full leather interior, sun roof and electric passenger mirror.
In exceptional original condition this car has just undergone a thorough detailing and is very well presented.
