Hi, here for sale i have a 100cc d/d tkm, on a tonykart extreme chassis! This kart has just been built and was built by myself, to the highest of standards, with the best parts money can buy, as i was originaly going to keep the kart for myself. The tkm engine is an ex works package, and had won plenty of races in the past. The tonykart chassis, is also an ex works package, from the tonykart race team! The tkm engine, was only used for 6 months of racing, but it was a spare engine, so i was told it barely had any use! The tonykart chassis was only used for one season from new! then stored for a few years. So this is basically like a brand new package, for very little money, considering new this chassis alone would of cost £2,000.00+ not inc an engine, seat or wheels!
This kart is ready to race, here is a list of the work carried out, when we put the kart together!
new nuts all round
carb was re-set by dartford karting
new engine mount and clamps from spellfame
engine mount drilled and engine fitted by dartford karting
new r/r racing red airbox
new body kit, was on another kart before this one, but has never seen the track!
new grub screws
all axlew and trackrod bearings, re-greased
new plug
tonykart twin barrell, twin piston hydralic brake system
like new tillett t8 fully carpeted seat, for maximum comfort while driving!
exhaust end can, to increase compression and overall speed
exhaust was mounted to tilt, so that excess oil will run down, and not sit in-between manifold!
gillard racing stubs put on (tonykart stubs bend alot easier)
tonykart magnessium hubs and bearing carriers, (cost HUNDREDS new from spellfame!)
new gold on gold racing chain
new blue anodised sprocket
chain and sprocket laser alighned
