This van is superbly suited to a family who want to race karts and stay together at weekends. Very, very clean and well appointed.
My original intension was to create a camper that could carry a kart and everything required to spend a weekend away racing, without needing it to be emptied at the end of the weekend, or to trip over things when they are not required (ie awning poles/bags etc..). Its ablsolutely perfect for Karting, however could suit someone racing cars, mini-moto etc... Everything fitted into the van was purchased brand new and is fully working with all paperwork. I have converted the vehicle myself however have every confidence that it is will pass any inspection. Its fully insulated and ventilated so that even in the coldest weather it doesnt get condensed up and stays warm.
The van was registered jan 2004 and was originally built in Metalic grey (dark Silver) the colour is the same throughout (no white bits inside door jambs etc..). I have known the van from new, it was originally used to distribute Kitchen white goods, I bought it direct from the lease company and have copies of the Maintenance history and all the original paperwork. It was one of the first to use the 2300 HPI engine with common rail direct injection. These can be easily chipped however I havent needed to as it will comfortably cruise between 70 & 80mph.
Since buying it in July 2006 it has only done 10,000mls, I have replaced the Cambelt, idler and tensioner (these are not needed again for another 140000mls) I had the front Discs, front and rear pads replaved and had the rear spring bushes replaced. All gearbox and axle oils were changed along withthe relevant filters. Recently fitted with new handbrake cables, and four Avon tyres.

Sleeps Four - two adults (very comfortably on a dble bed 1.8m x 1.5m) and two teenagers (2 x bunks 1.72m).
Substantial GH fully enlclosed "Jumbo" wind out Awning (this really is like brand new and has only been used 5 times) two karts fit inside easily, It would also fit a radical / caterham / motocross etc.. Dont compare this to anything made by Fiamma, this was purpose made and fitted to the van and is of the highest quality and design to keep you enclosed and dry in the wettest (and Windiest) of weather. I have the reciept for over £3300 when it was fitted, it is like brand new.
Shower cubicle with toilet, basin, stainless showertray and extractor fan.
Gas and electric(mains) Hot and cold water to shower, wash basin, shower and sink.
Gas Oven with seperate oven, grill, and glass covered 4 ring hob.
Built-in Microwave
3 way Dometic Fridge with freezer compartment. Auxilary vent auto fan kit fitted to keep the fridge working at its best even when abroad (I cant stand warm beer).
24v Eberspacher D2 Airtonic Diesel fueled heater, programmable and thermostatically controlled (This is a must for any motorhome and works brilliantly).
2 Leisure batteries wired on two seperate circuits to spread power consumption, charged by 2 fully automatic HF chargers. (one also charged by engine alternator via auto relay system)
240v ring main with RCD and consumer board. Flush mounted sockets fixed around saloon and garage. External mains and air outlet into awning.
Internally switched Invertor (handy to allow TV Etc to be used if generator runs out of fuel)
Status Digital Freeview TV Aerial system with booster.
Onboard air compressor piped into the awning outlet and garage
Bott proffesional cabinet system, with removable carry cases. Space beneath to store Awning poles.The work top allows a kart to be rolled ontop.
Massive storage for 6 sets of tyres, and all tools oils and fuel.
Record Vice which can be positioned out of the way when not in use.
Swivel front seats.
Adaptable seating can be two facing each other with table between or can be one longer sofa

The van is registered on a 53 plate, the registration shown on the photos will is not included in the sale and has been removed. The van will be released once funds are cleared.
Please note that the van is very very clean throughout we are non smokers, it is regular use and is kept in condition. Unfortunately I have managed to roll into my garage and so it has a SMALL dent on the O/S/R corner can be seen on photo. This could be easily repaired, I just havent had the chance to get it done.
