Description

The real thing and something different to the norm, my Audi Quattro which requires finishing, most parts with it.

I am reluctantly offering my quattro for sale due to change of plans and time, it is a 1985 car which has been stripped to a bare shell and repaired and repainted, with lightweight front and rear bumpers and rear spoiler
It has a full multi point cage,alloy dash hydraulic handbrake, plus manual H/Brake, all lines in copper and inside, fully aeroquipped lexan windows with sliders etc.
I have changed the running gear to the later S2 subframes,with solid alloy mountings and powerflex bushes to all wishbones and rear diff mount drive shafts, diff and gearbox,the suspension is s2 with Koni inserts and lowered springs all much easier and cheaper to obtain replacements, wheel studs have been changed to studs and nuts.
The brakes are Brembo 4 pot with 330mm front rotors with Pagid Blue's, the rear are S2 with Mintex 1166 and new rotors.
It has a bias pedalbox,adjustable rear ARB and RS2 front ARB.
The car is supplied with a 20V RS2 motor complete with all anciliaries,which I intended to have rebuilt, supplied with it are a new set of steel conrods, 2 turbo's and a host of other parts.
The 20v wiring loom is fitted into the car including ECU.Fuel tank is fitted,all lights etc in and working.
As I have said it requires finishing, but this will make an excellent competitive car and something that stands out above all the usual contingent.
I am prepared to consider part x's in either bikes or cars.
