Seat Ibiza GTi 2.0 8v. Would make a great project

ADVERTISING HERE AS I KNOW THESE CAN MAKE GOOD TRACK CARS.
Good Aspects:

Drives very well, no mechanical problems that I'm aware of. Fun car to drive.
VW standard (1st ones made after VW takeover, based on Polo and Golf)
CLIFFORD CONCEPT 300 alarm and immobiliser (Thatcham Cat 1 - lowers insurance!) With spare key fob and installation cert.
17" alloys with 4 road legal tyres
4 x Alpine speakers (2x6"x9" 2xfront door speakers)
Sony Head unit
Recent rear and centre exhaust fitted (Nov 07) done less than 5000 miles
Recent ignition coil fitted (Apr 08)
Recent radiator fitted done less than 7000 miles
Tidy upholstery (only 2 small burn holes by previous owner)
HPI certificate
Well looked after and very well loved - reluctant genuine sale

Not as good aspects:

Some small paintwork scuffs and scratches (not bad for age!!)
Slight crack in rear panel - easily repaired
Some rust under arches and on boot
Slight exhaust rattle (no leaks and still breezes emissions) (could just be something loose!)
Needs some welding to pass mot (offside outer sill
(seatbelt anchorage and panel join)). I've been quoted just over £200 (incl labour (from a garage that charges £53 for a MOT!)), so if you have access to equip or know someone that does, will be sorted for a fraction of the cost.

Would make a great project as its only cosmetics, car is mechanically fine and starts first time with no probs
